As a property Manager, you are accountable for managing, coordinating and supervising building maintenance and work orders, preforming minor handyman and cleaning tasks, addressing tenant complaints, marketing, showing and leasing vacant units, collecting and depositing rent, and maintaining regular communication with the property owner about the condition of the property. You serve as the owner’s eyes and ears on the property, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly, and that the property is maintained in a professional manner. Emergency Issues?
